Headed to Royal Caribbean’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay? Good news—you don’t need to spend a dime to eat well.
If it’s your first time visiting, I recommend skipping the paid upgrades like the Coco Beach Club and instead exploring the complimentary dining options. You’ll get a feel for the island and see just how much is already included. Then, if you come back for another cruise, you can decide whether an upgrade is worth it after experiencing what’s free.

🍔 Where to Eat for Free on CocoCay
Here are the main complimentary food spots:
- Skipper’s Grill
Located near the harbor—easy access when you first arrive. Offers burgers, BBQ, salads, tacos, and desserts. - Chill Grill
Over by Chill Island. Think beachside bites like jerk chicken, hot dogs, sandwiches, and soft-serve. - Snack Shack
Scattered around the island (including near the Thrill Waterpark), Snack Shack is known for its chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and grab-and-go snacks. No need to leave the fun for a quick bite.
🍹 Yes, You Can Use Your Drink Package!
Your Royal Caribbean drink package works at CocoCay, too. You’ll find bars near the restaurants, so you can easily grab a cocktail, soda, or bottle of water while eating or lounging.
One note: The Floating Tiki Bar doesn’t accept WOW Bands. But you can use your SeaPass card or simply give them your room number.
✨ Pro Tip:
Enjoy what’s included first, especially if it’s your first visit. There’s plenty to love without paying extra—and you’ll have a better sense of what’s worth upgrading next time.
